Chapters can use the online platform, Webinarjam, for conducting some of their activities:
– creating the event in Webinarjam
– providing the links (1 admin and 5 speakers/moderators)
– enabling the automatic email reminders for participants
– promoting the event and getting participants to register
– conducting dry run and main event with their own technical admin
– sending emails to speakers and moderators
– providing certificates of attendance
Chapters should apply for using the Webinarjam platform at least 15 days prior to the event.
